After years of denying that they would ever get into the smartphone market, Facebook decides to get into the smartphone market teaming up with HTC to introduce the HTC First Facebook Smartphone.
To be fair, it’s not technically a “Facebook” built phone, but rather a chance for the social network to integrate themselves into an HTC smartphone by way of Facebook Home. FB fiends no longer have to take the time to go to a Facebook app and scroll through their newsfeed for the best stories, as their newsfeed now comes to them. With Facebook Home, all of your favorite stories will be delivered right to your phone’s home screen from the moment you turn the phone on. As far as tech specs are concerned, this thing runs Android 4.1 Jelly Been powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor with dual core CPU, and features a 4.3 inch glass display.
